Note on the right of withdrawal for online courses

 

Our online courses are digital content that is made available immediately after purchase. According to applicable consumer law (Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

 

1. The customer has expressly agreed that the course will be made available before the expiry of the cancellation period.

2. The customer has acknowledged that his right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of provision.

By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that the course will be made available immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
