2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.amandapiniecka.com between the provider and the users. Deviating conditions of the users are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. Services

The website offers the following services:

  • Online Courses: Access to digital course content on drawing & sketching + digital drawing.

  • Books: Sale of physical and digital books.

  • Other Products or Services: Prints.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the user fills out the online form and submits the order or confirms the purchase.

The provider will send a confirmation by email, documenting the conclusion of the contract.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices are stated in euros and include the statutory VAT.

  • The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process (e.g., PayPal, credit card, Klarna transfer).

  • Different payment methods may apply on Amazon. In some cases, you may only be able to pay with an EC card. Please note that this is not within the control of the website provider Amanda Piniecka.

  • The full amount is due immediately after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery and Access

  • For digital products (e.g., online courses), the user will receive access via email after successful payment.

  • Physical products (e.g., books) will be delivered within 3 days (via Amazon).

  • If a product is not available, the user will be informed immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • The sale and shipping of my books are handled through Amazon. The General Terms and Conditions and withdrawal policies of Amazon apply.

    When using the instructions (e.g., drawing, crafting), children should always be supervised by an adult.

  • For Books with Specific Materials or Tool Instructions:
    Safe handling of tools is required to apply the techniques described in this book. Always follow the safety instructions of the products used.
